Had a baby shower for my sister-in-law a couple of weekends ago - my first nephew on my very own side! WOOHOO! Can't wait until he's here! Nic got some fun stuff and my mother and I had a glorious time planning the party. Thanks Nic for havin' a baby so we could have a party...oh, and a nephew.

At the shower, I caught up with my VanTussenbrook/Flake cousins and their kidlets. Magnus, Brinley and Ty loved their bunnies from Great Grandma O but not their mothers for making them sit still for a picture. (Or maybe that was just my rambunctious kid)

In that very same weekend, we held a birthday celebration for the little brother. Since I'm just a few years older than he, we'll say he turned 21!
