I ran my first half-marathon today. And I finished. And I am still alive. The goals were to run the whole time, finish and get in under two hours - I hit all of them.
I ran it in 1:49:33 and was 12th in my bracket, 39th woman overall. I was so proud of myself!
Luke, Ty and Chase came to cheer me on at the finish line - they are the best fan club a girl could ask for! My calves are screaming and my toes are a bit raw, but I'm already thinking about my next one....who's in?
