This weekend we went fishing at Yankee Reservoir. My child, much like his mother, seemed to enjoy the snacks and social aspect more so than the actual fishing.
He liked reeling in after mom or dad would cast, but didn't seem to understand that you had to leave the bait out there for more than .5 seconds before you reeled in.

Throwing rocks was also a highlight of fishing for him.

It was a fun outing and the most important person was happy due to the presence of dirt, rocks, junk food and cousins.
